Fee Schedule
Consulting Services: $250.00/hour
Includes but not limited to:
- Medical record review
- Reports: timelines, chronologies, summaries, narratives and Attorney phone calls for case discussion
- Research
- Deposition and trial preparation
- Identify breach in Standard of Care
- Interpret medical records, reports
- Provide education and clarification of medical/nursing issues to assist legal team
- Prepare timeline of facts and chronology of events
- Assist in the discovery process and identify missing records
- Perform literature search
Billing will depend on the amount of time spent on the case and other expenses.
Expert Services: $300.00/hour
- Deposition ‐ $300 per hour w/ 4 hour minimum
- Trial ‐ $300 per hour w/ 8 hour minimum
Required Retainer: $750
Travel Expenses: TBD
Includes but not limited to:
- Hotel stays
- Meal reimbursement
- Mileage assessed at 58¢ per mile
For cases with an expedited turnaround and/or rushed timeframes, a 25% rush rate may be charged in addition to the invoice total, the initial work on the file when it must be completed within 5 business days – 3 weeks. Timing of a rush fee is calculated based on receipt of records, retainer, and signed fee agreement in our office.
Attorney required to pay all travel expenses, including but not limited to travel time (base rate) and mileage of 58¢ per mile.
